Embracing a Mission: My Journey in Music Ministry

Image
In a world where music serves as a universal language, I have found my voice in a unique and profound way. My journey has been deeply intertwined with the rich cultural heritage of Runyankole Rukiga, Runyoro Rutooro, Kinyarwanda and Luganda. I have dedicated myself to writing many song lyrics and transcribing lyrical videos in these beautiful languages. This humble endeavor has blossomed into a powerful ministry that has touched the hearts of many, enabling them to worship Jesus meaningfully. The essence of my inspiration stems from realizing that music has the incredible ability to bridge divides, evoke emotions, and foster a connection with our divine master.  In Uganda, where I am born, grown and still reside, many ethnic cultures and languages are unified in praise and worship to God (Ruhanga, Katonda). When we go to church (Ekanisa, Ekerezia), we sing of many songs (enyimba, ebyeshongoro, ebizina) from other languages without understanding the meaning of these s...

One such inspiring figure is Mr. Ayebare Joshua, a proud son of Bushenyi, raised in Tooro who has carved a successful career in computer science. My journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, determination...

My journey into the digital world began in 2007 in High School labs when I took the initiative to create a free website for my school using Webs.com (Now  www.wix.com)  This basic website served as an introduction to web design and allowed me to showcase essential information about the school. I found the drag-and-drop interface enjoyable, but I quickly realized that the limitations of the platform stifled my creativity. The predefined elements and the restriction on the number of pages made it clear that I needed a more robust solution to fully express my vision. Professionalism My academic path centered around Information Technology and Computing, which was essential for my admission to the right course at university. As a science student at Valley College in Bushenyi, I transitioned to pursuing a combination of Physics, Economics, Mathematics, and Arts (PEM/ART) to align with my aspirations in technology.  I aimed to enter either Computer Engineering or Software Engine...
